partisans of the Democratic party didn't grok this after Bush's expansion of Executive Privilege, and they're certainly not grok'ing it now as the party has fully romanced the intelligence community. lefties caught in either of these three ripples will be labeled RW, axiomatically.

I don’t think being concerned about GOP extremism in any way precludes being concerned with shady government agencies that have entirely too much power & too little oversight- essentially it’s another aspect of the same problem

A vegan is an unlikely terrorist just like a normal every day African-American person fighting for their rights are considered a black identity extremist. I’d like to know what they call the actual bad guys like proud boys, their best friends?

"Conspiracy theory," is how PMC & retired yuppies ALWAYS labled any thing whatsoever, their kleptocrats did to precariate, especially "minoritized" workers? The majority of what adversarial journalism, or whistleblowers managed to leak was annoying or discomforting to petit-bourgouis white-flight suburbanites. So, when yuppie white kids gentrified poor workers out of red-lined sacrifice zones, it disclosed New Deal eugenics that lowered Creative Class property values. Hippy journalists couldn't be threatened without reprucussions, so Operation Mockingbird seemed a good fit? COINTELPRO, got busted, but by then Counterculture flipped to cocaine, BMWs & disco?
